Privacy and data

Last updated 5 November 2026 · Pilot version

Who runs this. Louis O'Sullivan, trading as a sole trader in the UK, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC288088). Contact: louis.j.osullivan@gmail.com.

What is stored. Your company's details; staff names and logins; customers, properties and site contacts; job notes; photos; arrival and departure times; customer signatures; and a log of who changed what and when.

Where. On servers in London (Supabase), over encrypted connections. Photos and signatures are private and reachable only through short-lived links.

Who can see it. Only people your company invites. Engineers see just the visits they are booked on. Each company's records are kept separate from every other company's. The person who runs the service can access data to operate and support it, and for nothing else.

Your company's customers. Your company decides what it records about its own customers and is responsible for telling them. This service acts on your company's instructions (as a “processor” in UK GDPR terms). Text messages go only to people whose consent your team has recorded.

Cookies and analytics. Only the cookie that keeps you logged in. The public pages use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless page-view count that doesn't identify you; nothing of the sort runs inside the app, and there are no advertising cookies.

Export and deletion. Owners can download the company's customers, properties, jobs and visits as spreadsheets from Settings at any time; ask and we'll delete everything. If a company stops using the service, its data is deleted within 30 days unless it asks for it to be kept.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data about you, and you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
