Questions

Who counts as a person?

Anyone with a login: office staff and engineers. Add or remove people whenever you like; your plan only changes when you cross a band.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly and cancel any time with one email. You can export your customers, properties and jobs from Settings whenever you like, and for 30 days after you leave.

What about text messages?

Appointment and 'on my way' texts are charged at cost, about 5p each, and only to people who've agreed to receive them.

More than 30 people?

£5 per extra person per month on the Business plan, or get in touch and we'll sort something sensible.

What happens after the 30 days?

We email you a week before the trial ends. If you want to carry on, you pay by card or bank transfer against a monthly invoice we send you; nothing is taken automatically and nobody is locked out without warning. If you don't, your account simply closes and your data is deleted after 30 days unless you ask us to keep it.

What does "pilot" mean?

Thoth HQ is new and we're in a pilot period while the first firms use it day to day. Companies that join during the pilot pay half price for their first 12 months, locked in when you start paying, in return for telling us what's missing.
