Commusoft is a full platform with quoting, invoicing, stock, certificates and much more, and it is good at those things. A firm of two to thirty people uses a fraction of it, but signs the same 12-month contract and does the same set-up.

Thoth HQ does the part you use every day: booking, the week’s calendar, the engineer’s taps and photos, and a signed job sheet. One flat monthly price for the whole team, no contract, cancel with an email.

If you outgrow it, your customers, properties, jobs and visits export as spreadsheets from Settings at any time.

Is there really no contract?
None. You pay monthly after the 30-day trial and can stop at any time.
Where do these Commusoft facts come from?

Can I move my data across from Commusoft?
Customers and properties can be imported from a spreadsheet (CSV). Job history can’t be imported yet.
