- Can the agent get the sheet automatically?
- The office sends it with one click after reviewing the visit, so a bad photo never goes out. Automatic sending is on the list.
- What if the tenant won’t sign?
- The engineer records why, and the sheet says so. The timed photos still stand as the record.
- Does it handle a block with many flats?
- Yes. A landlord or agent can have any number of properties, each with its own tenant or site contact, access notes and hazards.
- Can I add my own wording to the sheet?
- Yes: a footer line of your choice, plus your registration and VAT numbers, from Settings.
